The brand new race-track Kara Korum Highway, north of Hunza to all the way to the Chinese border is simply stunning
every few minutes we found ourselves parked on the side of the road with our cameras in our hands

Then we stopped at a wild life rescue sanctuary
and then a Snow leopard
just gorgeous
People spend months and years looking for one and we saw one on the side of the road!!!
Unbelievably lucky
How many of you have had the privilege to see one of these?

crossing the lake at night was quite magical. The reflection of the stars in the water was quite unreal.
