I have a 04 CBR 600rr and the idle is stuck at 2500rpm and goes all the way up to 3500rpm in traffic (super weird). the idle adjuster is stuck so i took apart the bike down to the throttle and sprayed the screw with wd40 and got nothing :rolleyes any suggestions on what's wrong and how to fix it?

Looking for fairings for an 03-04 CBR 600rr. I don't really care what color they are but would prefer OEM :thumbup
