that's not playing games... it's literally the terms (they are not gov officials, healthcare workers or first responders). it's strange that you thought i agreed to your handwavy terms in whole lol ...

also the bolded doesn't include "all" but you can feel however you'd like about it man haha.. i don't care how you interpret it i literally called the condition and it came. either i won the bet on technicality or the bet's void. i don't particularly care, ggwpblnt
