Desmo Dovi ending his Ducati Corse career with a sleeve-cut is a bitter pill. It makes me sad.

Sounds like Dovi is out of the series.
Cal may be going to Yamaha as a test rider.

Nobody wants to ride an Aprilia.

Sounds pretty bad. Perhaps he won't be able to start the season.

Could that be Dovi's shot???... and part of the reason he does not want to sign as a test rider.

I doubt HRC would want to start with Bradl.

The article is just one doctor’s conjecture about possible complications with his recovery. Until Marquez’s team makes an announcement, I’ll assume we will see him at Qatar in March.

And I'm certain, based on their past behavior, that HRC will tell the truth. :rofl

well, I say Honda passes bcz they remember Dovi holding their balls to the coals the year they had to run him as the 3rd, full-on HRC Repsol rider

The proof is in the pudding my man. He’ll either be at Qatar or he won’t.

I put a only slightly more faith in HRC than I do in analysis from a doctor who has never examined the injury or likely even met the patient.

What a shit year for Dovi. Arguably his best/only/last chance at a championship with Marc gone and now he has to deal with all of these super fast youngsters, as well as unceremoniously removed from the number one seat at duc. Shit, I'd take a year off this bullshit too.

His present results aren't surprising. Dovi's best years were benefitted by someone else being able to give feedback and developing his bike. Now with age and his lack of development skills, perhaps he knows his limits. I think he's a likeable guy, but he's just never seemed that fiery.

I think it will be Mir again, but he will have to take it from Morbidelli if early indicators hold true.
