Given he barely moved at first I was thinking back too.

I looped a wheelie going up hill as a young adult and landed on my ass with legs out stopping dead (because I was going up a steep hill). I got a concussion from the spinal cord wracking all the way. Big white flash too. Sucked. :laughing

He is no doubt sore as hell right now.

DAMN that sucks. I dismounted once at Laguna and landed on my butt at 80 mph and thought my colon fell out.

Damn, that last lap was worth staying up for.

#ForzaMorbido

Congrats to Mir & Suzuki.

That was the shit - thank you Franky and Jack for doing it proper. What a contrast with the fortunes of Fabio and Taka.

Considering his Yamaha blew it's motor and Zarco wiped him out in the first 1/2 of the season, Morbido had a real shot at winning the 2020 Championship on a 2019 M1.

Tell me a suzuki would be a world champion bike 5 years ago and I would call you crazy. What an insane season this has been.

Congrats to Mir. He's been the most consistent in a very inconsistent year. He isn't the fastest, but he still deserves just as much as anyone on the grid.

I wonder if he'll rock the #1plate next year?

Hope so, but it won't be good for his individual branding...

Whatever that means
I miss riders using the number 1 plate. It was cool seeing it briefly on mirs bike.

Was it rossi that started the trend of not using it? I think stoner used it right?

I don't remember Sheene ever taking the 7 off his bikes due to his superstitious nature.... :dunno

I think Rossi figured out the marketing aspect of keeping the same number, but there was usually a 1 on his leathers, up around the shoulder area....

Agreed on all, although his is speed was close to the fastest often. Coming from behind to the podium. Should have had two wins.

DADUKI #1!!!

Hope he sports #1. Bet Suzuki wants him too.!

Stoner did. Nicky did.

Taka...! :wtf
The Japanese rider is going to contend next year.

What a fricking great last lap. :wow

I video taped a bit of the race for a good friend who is in the hospital.
Huge Suzuki fan, former racer. Sent him the last lap.

Then the really cool graphic of Suzuki's champions and of course Mir and Team going crazy. A bright spot for him in what has been a tough week. In and out of the hospital twice. :(

Now to watch Moto3. :teeth
