Rider head on crash dies

Hope you got everything sorted out and aren't too sore from your incident. It could have been worse.


For those wondering, the drivers involved in the incident stopped, including a guy on a Harley that helped get the bike upright again. The rider appeared to have suffered relatively minor injuries and CHP was on the scene quite quickly.

I really don't know why, but today I was thinking about how F'ed up it is when people kill themselves in a way that involves innocents. Suicide already transfers tremendous burden to family and friends, why pile on? But, mental health is the lowest on the health hierarchy, so this sort of outcome is predictable. There are some amazing people (therapists) in our community that can help even the sickest among us, its a shame our culture will invest billions in physical enhancements, diets, and related, but neglect getting their minds right.

I'm fine with those that are suicidal to run into a concrete wall but why an innocent person. Doesn't make any sense.
Seek therapy and if that doesn't help and you prefer to die buy a gun or hit that wall at high speed.

Well... nothing to add... but those folks are pretty messed up to even contemplate this. So can’t exactly expect them to be rational. Suicide booths makes lots more sense.
