Wasup! Tight forum! Makes me want to dump my whole bank account in one of these things! I plan on buildin' a moto of my own(either a DR650 or XR/XRL). I just wanted to know how much a set of new or used 17's would run me. Where can I get em' ? Thanks for any info!!!

New wheels will run you $1200-$1500, you can get away with using your stock hubs and just buy rims and spokes for around $650.
Used, I would look on ebay.

I've bought two sets of wheels for my xr650r. First set I had made by a local builder. Cost me $1400. The worst part about it was the nipples began to rust after a few months. I was pissed.

Second set I ordered from CWC in the UK. Even with shipping included it was around $1100 US for the set, and the nipples are not rusting.
