Is there a way to report drivers/cars?

Riddle me this.
Same way I'm not writing OP a ticket for 96/55 with video footage, I'm not writing that car driver a ticket for....let's call it unsafe lane change, based on video footage.

I don't know that would even get my attention- let alone all the wild gesturing. You're on a bike man, just gas it on by and worry about vastly more important stuff- like what's for dinner or if Durant is able to play.

Now this is the important question.

I think they are hiding an Achilles injury. He hasn’t even started playing 3 on 3. My guess is he’s out for the remainder.

He was tailgating for some time (I often do mirror check, you actually can see me checking mirror few times) - next lane was empty, but he decided it would be fine to pass me in the same lane...
In my opinion, the driver was sending you a message that you should get out of the fast lane and stop holding up traffic there.

You should have moved right one lane and let him by. :cool

If the next lane was empty what the F are you doing in the #1 lane? Ever hear of the technique known as "Slower Traffic Keep Right"?

Darkness!

Where's the kick starter?
O.P. The gist of it from what we can see of the video is that you felt threatened/unsafe with what the car did, correct?

The car went around you as you (obviously and self admittedly) were blocking said driver in the number 1 lane. If the car was tailgating you why didn't you get out of the way?

I guarantee said driver passed that close to let you know he/she did not appreciate being held up.

I also guarantee that you've probably done something similar at some point. Gone around someone slower, I mean.

Was it a dick move? Damn right it was. Get the hell over if someone wants to go faster...

i'd agree and it's happened to me, though not on a freeway.

i split to the front of the line at a traffic light, went green and i proceeded to miss a couple shifts going up the overpass on the other side of the intersection. i got passed in the same lane by the car i split ahead of. totally my fault, luckily we both fit in the lane.

it's been a while since i read it, but the law, not just the guidelines, are "if the vehicles both fit in the lane...." or something to that effect. works for cars just the same as 2 wheeled vehicles which is good, because it's part of the reason you can do a right turn on a red light (not a leo, as i understand it blah blah blah)
