I haven't visited but have pointed people in their direction. Often checked the website for potential bikes to check out and held them in high respect for their variety in bikes.

I am also interested in the gear coming up for sale. Lucy, PM incoming.

Damn sorry to hear this. I purchased a used Tiger 800 from Dubbelju a few years ago in great condition and it's taken care of me. I've never rented a motorcycle from you guys but always thought I might someday if my dad is ever able to visit me.

Gonna be sad to see you go.

Sad to hear this.
I hope they will be able to start up again at some point in the future.
I've had friends from overseas come rent bikes and ride with us, and found Wolfgang and crew to be too drawer.

Thanks

to Dubbleju - thanks for being there and being a first class operation. The bikes that I rented from you helped me in choosing my (used) DL650.

Yeah that sucks, I’ve rented at least three times from them over the years, from the Bryant shop. They surely did run a cool shop and business.

That's a bummer. I really wish the best for all the staff there. I haven't personally visited or rented, but have sent a few that way because of interactions with their pretty cool people post here on barf, and how they carry themselves. A loss to the moto community for sure.

I'll put up a big list in Motos for Sale of what we have as far as bikes. Other stuff will come after we clear out some space.

Budgie, I’m sorry your experiences with Dubbelju were negative. Doing business in San Francisco is expensive. From the cost of rent , insurance, and the bikes it was never going to be cheap.
Rents are pretty much the driving force behind a lot of closures.
