Is this the same dealer who used to be in Livermore's Airway blvd exit ?. If so, I'd done couple of services for my bike before and they are very expensive. Just to charge my bike battery they charged me $60 (going by amount of time that the battery needed to charge). If they are the same people. I'd re-consider talking to them.

Rather than just testing individual components, which appears to be OK, test systems.
Measure for voltage downstream at components that relays should be powering. Is there voltage downstream?
SPARK - as mentioned, unplug wire, insert spare plug, ground on engine-bolt and crank. Do you see spark? What colour is it?
FUEL - measure voltage going to fuel-pump. Does it have power? Look in tank when pump is on, do you see fluid motion?
