Gold Valves are around $150, it takes a little work to install them. They are made for forks of all different sizes. Take a look at Race Tech's website for more information, I believe it's race-tech.com

The Ohlins I bought used for $200. New, they're upwards of $800. You can likely find an aftermarket adjustable shock from Progressive Suspension or Works Performance for considerably less.

Race Tech springs are $100 / pair. These alone make a huge difference.
