Are you talking about the reflective strip on the rim? That's a safety measure, and if you like how it looks, ok too.

See the word battlax that is usually black like rest of tire I have painted it white
Guess it looks stock some people don't realise the tire didn't come that way factory

I would also paint the tire model and the hypersport white because you know, it's badass.

Because it looks like the painted lettering on MotoGP tires.

On one hand I suppose it looks interesting, maybe adds a little flair to the basic black look of tires.

On the other hand it sometimes looks like someone has been smoking meth.

I've seen people paint the interior of the tread to look like those colored tires from japan. That's what I was expecting from the thread title.

I can dig it, the white lettering. A detail that would seem to go unnoticed by most doesn't seem worth the effort to me, but hey, go on with ya bad self!!

Looks cool on some bikes, on others not so much - depends for me. Generally not worth my trouble but if someone wants it on their bike, why not? I love when people personalize their rides.
