What brand of tire warmers? I have a 1000 watt Yamaha. It powers my woodcraft warmers and fan no problem.

They are moto GP warmers. I'd like to get one that will do two sets and split the cost with my friend.

Hey Tim, for Xmas I got a "smarter tools AP-2000iq" and it gets amazing reviews for the price point. We were going to use it every once in a while when camping off the grid so didn't want to spend a grand or more for a Honda or yamaha model. The one I have is powered by a yamaha mz80 engine. Haven't taken it out of the box yet but it gets solid reviews and may be something to check out as an option from paying for name brand. I think Home Depot has them but Google them. They seem legit for the price.

honda -eu- gen sets
yamaha -lable? gen sets-

these run quiet.

standered gen sets are very noisey. and some pits will turn it off for you.

or just say go home your done.

So I ahead and orders the generator from Costco and used it last weekend at Buttonwillow. It actually worked pretty well for two sets (4) total warmers. Not once did it kick in on over load and ran from 8-430 on one tank. I'm stooked

Congrats on the new gen. I pulled the large decals off of mine and decaled it up nice so it blends right in. I also didn't run the crap oil it came with and decided to use rotella t.

I haven't ran it but 2x. Going to give it a full day run tomorrow tailgating for the Sharks game so it was good to hear your fuel burn numbers. I just figured to put good oil in it from the start but I'm just anal. Prob change it after a few days of use to break it in and put new oil. Seems like a great unit and can't go wrong with the price. The way I figure it, these days everything is made in China. Buying an off brand may be a bad choice but until it's clear to me its a bad choice im in. Especially for something like tire warmers. They don't have a flavor as long as they have power all it good.

I bought 2 of those costco ones and have several hours now with them. Good results but I ran low on fuel and so used some VP100 to get me for a few more minutes until I could get some normal gas and it hated it. Wouldn't start until I drained the carb (easy task). I don't necessarily mind that it likes 2.50 gas > 10.00 gas but just a heads up. I nabbed the parallel cable from amazon in the event I ever want to double them up.
