Does that mean they'll be following in an '87 Corolla behind their husband's Koenigsegg Regera?

I want to be happy, but this feels more like a "OK we're finally past that nonsense" type of relief than a reason to celebrate. I try to be tolerant of other people's beliefs, but in a place like Saudi Arabia, this pushed it. Waaaaaay pushed it.

Lets be clear, men and women both drive poorly. The WAY that they drive poorly is very different. This is where i would normally make some sweeping generalizations that someone would get pissy about. But you know what im talking about....

If they're anything like us, it won't be a lightswitch and will continue to be an issue for the next 50+ years.

...But this is certainly a baby step in the right direction for women's civil rights...

Have you guys seen all the facts on this? It was reported that the women have to be 30 years old, get permission from their male guardian, can only drive in specific areas and only during certain hours. I wouldn't be over celebrating quite yet.
