Do you know anyone reliable and gets things done on time.
I called few from Yelp, but after talking to two of them I though I'd ask BARF collective.

Thank you.

Just click next, enter key when prompted and then click finish.

I wish I had something better to add though. Good Luck on your hunt.

Yeah, but when you get to the screen with seven on-off switches, all regarding your privacy, turn them all off!

Man window work is expensive. We got two quotes for converting an existing window to a bay window. Existing window is a dual plane modernish window frame but is pretty wide about 130 inches & regular height. One quote is for $7200 and another for $9K.

I just got a quote for $8K from Home Depot to replace all the windows and doors on our first floor. Home is ~2000sq.ft.

Be careful on going cheap there. We have had a lot of problems with Milguard Windows in particular and have won millions of dollars in damages against them in the last 6-7 years.

You can try my guy, Ron's Windows out of Hayward, he's done almost all my apartment buildings and stands behind his work. The windows are made to fit so don't expect him to have them in stock. And tell him Scott from West Properties sent you. 510-410-3039

There have been a few failures in the waterproofing designs that resulted in wall damage to the buildings we installed them in. Sometimes it was failure of the seal at the glass pane, sometimes the weep holes weren't working right so water would pool up in the frame eventually causing it to decay and weep water in behind stucco. They just didn't seem to hold up to water during the warranty period.

Milguard was super down to replace the windows at no cost, but it took a few lawsuits to get them to commit about $11 million across 4 projects to repair damaged walls, etc. that were a result of the water getting into the exterior envelope.
