Why does my phone keep getting slower?

1. Restart you phone often. Older phones with less memory and bad apps with memory leaks can be fixed with restarts. Hell I restart my S10 note plus once a week.
2. Check all the processes running and kill the ones you don't need. Make sure they don't come back in the background unless you need it.
3. Free up memory on phone (not sd card). This frees up OS resources.
4. Remove apps you don't often use.
Honestly last gen phones are cheap and it might be worth your time splurging on an S9 or S10 to not have to deal with things I have said above.
