this vid + a couple others listed tell the same story -
most venues disappear bcz of “land use” changes,
which are often temporary & not well-considered

other sites permanently become housing or shopping centers

1 local case is the century-past Cotati boardtrack,
which ran races for exactly 1yr before the 40(!) box-car loads
o’lumber used to build it were repurposed atop the land
to become the local airport
