We need to bring in progressive government control and provide these riders with a decent wage, medical care, and maybe housing subsidies. Also set safety standards such as limiting the number of laps they can ride without a rest break, and imposing more control on top speeds, as speed kills. Then limit motor size to 250 cc and the sport will be just and correct.

almost no one profits. the writer is suggesting things that probably arent true.
i seriously doubt that Eurosport is paying BSB to broadcast the races. GP gets to charge broadcast companies, national series usually have to pay. so thats where the majority of the sanctioning body's money goes.
