Wheel works in Hayward. Not the chain car tire store. Read up on the place, quirky but I've never heard a bad tale.

I snapped this picture when I went there to have him replace a broken spoke on my obsolete Rad Manufacturing hubbed Beta wheel. He made the spoke and dialed in the wheels.

Scottie's Workshop in santa clara might also be a good option. they're BMW specific but tend to be on the more vintage side. they've definitely put some spoked wheels together
