Where to stay in/near Ukiah?

Looking for hotel recommendations in or near Ukiah.
Planning on a slow cruise through the Napa, Calistoga, coast, then back inland and was wondering where people recommend staying overnight.
Looking for a clean and safe location that won't break the bank.

Weve stayed here a few times fits the bill:

There were some nice restaurants downtown that we enjoyed.

I just stayed at the Days Inn by Windham and it was fine.

There is a clean Motel 6 as well. Actually 2 now, the newer one used to be a Discovery Inn. Good food and beer at Cultivo on Stanley St. Good Mexican all over.
