None that I am aware of for public access. There are fire roads in the coastal mountains that adventure riders ride.

There is Old Coast Road along HWY1 near Big Sur also. One end starts at Bixby Bridge. I would think a Jeep will be able to gobble it up fairly easily.

Head for Naciamento Road and take the Ridge Road to Pruitt Ridge. Awesome views! There's also a mellow 4 wheel drive section at Hollister Hills before you get to the pay station at the base of the hill. Pay first and head back towards town to the parking lot and gate. Pretty mellow 4 wheeling with restroom and picnic table at the top with great views!

Pruitt Ridge is a really pretty place to camp or picnic for the day. I made it out there in my Prius last year, so easy drive. Might be more torn up after the rain this year.
