Where are the fall leaves right now?

We'd planned to shoot a big touring bike this Friday out on the section of Monitor Pass / 89, where the leaves are usually beautiful this time of year. But now it looks like potential snow and low temps on the passes this Friday, making that unlikely. Or at least unlikely I can get a Max / Frozenuts to follow me, in spite of his suitable name. :laughing

Anyway, help me out here, folks... where are there beautiful fall leaves within a day's round trip from Oakland right now, that won't have snow on Friday?

I saw some pics of Sheep Ranch the other day that looked like it might work. Where else?

There were lots of them in Stanley Park, and some cool totem poles,,,West End of Vancouver last week.
Beautiful park this time of year, and air fare not bad either.

Yeah, probably too long, although pretty goddamn epic. I can do a loop up that way in a day pretty easily, but with time to make real photos happen... probably not.
