what year triple clamp

Can someone identify what year this R1 triple clamp is? Thank you!

I would guess a 2001. Problem is all 2001,2,3 years look the same, and the 04+ ones don't look much different. I think the angle of the bend looks most like an 01, but its really hard to tell.

The star nut is a suzuki part I believe , hodge podge city.
