what to do with ruined leathers?

i was in an accident while wearing one of my AGV 1 piece suits and had to get cut out of it. it is of no use in the regular sense. what else could i do with it? I've been trying to think of a better use than just throwing them out.

any ideas?

Tape it back together, stuff it with hay, set out a bloody "head" next to it and use it as a Sleepy-Hollow-meets-moto Halloween thing.

I donated my wrecked leather jacket to 1Rider to use in their displays of crashed safety equipment, back when Connie and the gang were regularly setting up displays at various motorcycle and Cycle Gear stores.
