carries an axe
meat bone meat meat meat
At recommendations from a number of people I finally watched it.
This is an absolutely garbage "documetary"
absolutely the most Cherry Picked "data" I've ever seen.
It's funny because I wanted to like this film as I agree with the message of lowering the amount of processed foods in the diet.
I also wanted to like it as it takes the stand against the factory farm production of meat however then it goes on to make outlandish claims about any animal products at all being just as dangerous.
Obviously the American diet needs help but this is a straight up vegan propaganda film.
The filmmaker calls the front desk of multiple organizations asking loaded questions and expecting the desk clerk to have the answer.
Questions like "why are you recommending unhealthy Foods on your website" is worth asking but he's entirely disingenuous about expecting to receive an answer and then acts "stunned" when the answering service doesn't have a prepared statement for him.
He even does the same thing walking into an office with the cameras going expecting someone to have a conversation.
His big kicker DUN DUN DUN many health organizations take money in conflict of interest situations.
The one thing it does get right as the over-prescription of medications.
As well as prescribing medications to treat side effects
I primarily eat a vegetable based diet but this film is the " what the bleep do we know"/ "zeitgeist" of 2017.
