What sort of issues do I have?

So this morning I wake up and the laptop has this small ad/video box that pops up in the right corner of my browser (Chrome). I have no funky plugins/extensions other that adblock. It obviously blocks the ad but the pop up is still coming up. I turned off the ad block and it just rolls video ad after video ad, lysol, clorox, etc. I've ran malwarebytes, McAfee, and nothing has come up. I uninstalled and reinstalled the Chrome. I've uninstalled Firefox and now IE, even though I don't use them. My full McAfee scan is still going, but I have no faith in that.

If you tell me to try things involving script and registry keys, know that I'm an idiot when it comes to this stuff.
