Need recommendations on good cable modems. The ones that Comcast is suppling me with just ain't cuting it. Conctantly getting dropped connections. Not that noticable when surfing but annoying as fuck while gaming.
What are some good cable modems???

Thats why i dumped them 4 years ago, its caused by stretching the system too far(too many people), not the modem, We got rid 0f Comcast 3 weeks after Comcast bought out AT&T, Before the lovers of Comcast jump out of the woodwork, My wife has been working for AT&T over 30 years(system management), so i KNOW why it happened, its all about profits, switched to Direcway then, when we moved here we got AT&T DSL, havent had a problem with either.

Interseting. My problems started ever since my first modem which I had since AT&T @ Home cable days died. I guess I will try buying my own modem first. If that don't fix the problem I might look into other service
