Hey guys. Want to share this video here and see what some opinions are on the topic. A lot of people feel they aren't necessary...but then again every racer you see out there doing well uses them.

http://youtu.be/m2CjXrFNLQw - Want to get the most out of your track day session? Think you're not fast enough for warmers? Want to learn a trick to cool down your tires at a slower rate with tire warmers to help your tire last longer? Watch as I show you how, and why, I use the Pro-Series Dual-Temp Tire Warmers from Moto-D.

I have the Moto-D Digital Pro series warmers, and they are a fantastic product that has proven to not only be the best looking warmers available, but highly effective and durable as well.

This video points out a few very good things that should be helpful to riders either using warmers already or those thinking about buying them.

Aside from having more grip out of the gate, there is great value added to each set of tires by using warmers. The minimizing of heat cycling and the diminished tearing and wear are huge factors that should be taken into account when people are deciding whether the warmers are worth the money. Of course, the added cost of a generator should be factored in.

Great vid and interesting site (www.nosquidding.com). It has potential to really serve the riding community with some knowledge and push for safety. :thumbup

Thanks for the awesome feedback, Mike. While creating this video I had a "Did you know?" title card for what cold tears were and a "Moto-D Pro Tip" to go with it that explained how the warmers help eliminate them. We ended up removing that card to shorten the video length. But, it's a great point (regardless of people's attention spans) to point out in a comment like that.

At my last track day at Thunderhill I was pitted next to Cameron Gish and his partner in crime Mike Canfield and Mike had just gotten his hands on the Digital version that you have. We had a lot of fun slowly figuring out how to use them throughout the day. He even went and talked to Dave Moss about them to get some tips. We didn't have the manual for them, obviously. However, later on I contacted Scott Diamond, the owner, and he distributed the manual to us online. Great company with a great product, no doubt.

Also, thanks for the comment on my brand NOSQUIDDING.com - I very much appreciate the positive feedback. :applause
