Tire mounting recommendation in San Jose

Used to go to Road Rider (15 years ago :wow ). But I see they're now closed.

Where's the "go to" place to get a tire mounted/balanced in the south bay?

Diy or have pat do it at sarmi Moto or santa Clara cycle

Yup, just saw Santa Clara Cycles listed in the "still open" thread. Seems like the closest option.... and it looks like free mount/balance if you buy the tire from them.
