This years Moto racing on the tube

day004

Major PITA
WSBK started yesterday and I'm not willing to go another season without Racing on the telly. We switched to Xfinity last year and they don't carry anything other than motocross.

Is there an affordable streaming service that carries WSBK/MotoGP?

Looks like the 2 series would be $240 for the season or 40 per month.

BTW by sec!

Race result spoiler content outside the dedicated race discussion threads is frowned upon. You might consider editing your post.

For streaming you can try SlingTV and look for their sports packages. I just buy the video passes from MotoGP and WSBK because I'm a race junkie and enjoy all the extra content they offer and the convenience.

This. Its well worth it to me to buy both packages. Your getting a solid 9 months of racing plus all the other tests and stuff for around 25 a month. Thats one drink in the bay area$$$:staRang

Taze away, Yana...
Thanks for the spoiler...

Like the other two, I buy the actual packages from WSBK and MotoGP. Totally worth the money to me.

Quesstion. Has the streaming from the WSB site improved any? We use PlayStation Network and direct feeds from the browser on the TV or laptop. With WSB the videos were constantly freezing. So much that I ended up dropping the coverage. MotoGP has a small issue with freezing but it is much better.
Anyone with information?

We ran WSB through the smart-tv, and had no streaming issues (as long as we disabled wi-fi on all other devices). And we don't typically have to go THAT drastic.

So, I would say, nope, no improvement.

The OP posted results 15 hours after race two and just a day and half after race one. Many people have plans over the weekend and some might even be out riding motorcycles so its just common courtesy to not put spoilers in unrelated posts. Or bump them.

If I subscribe to MotoGP is it possible to view on my smart tv? I thought I read or was told you can connect from a pc or laptop to your tv.

I had FUBO.tv for the last two years to stream MotoAmerica. The quality wasn't great and the interface to find the stream was a pain. I'm not going to miss using it.

It's not too bad at my house, but I have the 150 MBS plan. Occasionally I'll run into an issue on race day, but it's never so bad I want to stop paying for the service. With WSBK I always unplug/ restart the entire system (including phone) and stream from phone, to Apple TV. With MotoGP I always have better replay results with the App on my phone to Apple TV than I do streaming from my Mac to TV.
