A friend showed it to me, this morning on his smart phone.

It's Honda parts moving and interacting with other Honda parts.

Complete/correct video took over One Million takes, to make it.

C'mon man. A million takes? Does that sound remotely reasonable to you?

Commercial is 13 years old and took 606 takes.

It's way more fun to just make shit up.

If you did one take every ten minutes (time to reset the system) and worked continuously, 24/7 with no time off, one million takes would be just over 19 years.

Sounds reasonable to me.

Must be why the stock has been flat for over a decade, they're losing too much money shooting comercials over and over.

:rolleyes :rolleyes :rolleyes You're posting up a different commercial.

Not looking good, on your ability to read.

No, that is the commercial you are talking about. It's the Honda Rube Goldberg machine. It took 606 takes.

I heard that there was some guy that said he would walk 500 miles and then said he would walk 500 more, to be the man that walked a thousand miles.

A website called Forcebook said it was true

OK... why don't you post a link to what you're talking about then, instead of a vague title with a vague description? :rolleyes

I bet you can't, because that was the commercial you were talking about. :rofl

Hey I just heard something from someone who has a smart phone and am going to make a post about it even though it isn't remotely possible that it is true. I didn't bother thinking about the time it would require to shoot a million takes of the same shot, but my friend knows Snoop Dogg, and he said that he confirmed it.

Oh, you guys doubt me? Well, then you are all chowderheads and can't read.

Good ol, Lou. Keep on keeping on, man. Facts and logic only serve to distract people from the truth, right? :thumbup

It is the commercial. However, as we know from moto photos, Lou cant watch videos on his computer so posting it would be pointless.

The article you posted was linked lower on the page and showed a pic of an Accord which was used in the commercial but disassembled. He likely did not scroll up to see the actual screenshot of the commercial in the wiki article.

It took 606 takes but did have a budget of 100 million pounds.

Maybe someone that can read, will grasp the part about "Honda Parts"...
And post that Video, for everyone to see.

Pay up.

I'm mostly interested in how someone who claims to be so smart and logical that he consistently out engineers the engineers would accept the idea that a commercial required over 1 million takes to produce.
