I didn't bother thinking about the time it would require to shoot a million takes of the same shot, but my friend knows Snoop Dogg, and he said that he confirmed it.

It is the commercial. However, as we know from moto photos, Lou cant watch videos on his computer so posting it would be pointless.
The article you posted was linked lower on the page and showed a pic of an Accord which was used in the commercial but disassembled. He likely did not scroll up to see the actual screenshot of the commercial in the wiki article.
It took 606 takes but did have a budget of 100 million pounds.
