Berto, I didn't know your AFM # until last night, but I will look through everything I have to find you....if I didn't happen to get you this time, I will next time, you can count on that....you and Robert, both. As long as I know your AFM #'s and the race you're in, I will do my level best to get a killer photo of you guys.... I've got yours memorized now....

Me too!!!! Any of #138? If not, that's cool, but it would be great if you could put them digits into the ole memory banks for next time! Your shot are outstanding, truly the best I've seen from the local folks and I'd be tickled pink to see myself likewise captured.

Keep the good stuff coming!!!

Berto,

Here's a quick and dirty PS Elements pic for you..I will go back and postprocess a better one when I get home from work and can use my cool postprocessing tools on PS 7. The "killer" shot is yet to come.

This shot shows Berto trailing the brakes, just as he is about to bank the bike over and really corner it through the apex...this is a braking shot, not a cornering shot (see next shot).

Nice! Now if Berto would only get around to painting his damn bike he might actually look the part of guy dicing for the lead... :laughing :laughing :laughing

Seriously though, leading the race for a lap and cruising to at least a certain 3rd place in Open Prod. was freaking awesome!

BTW Berto... you always brake with one finger? I'm applying as much pressure as I can with two fingers and can't seem to use proper braking markers...:wow

Stephen,

That's so pimp man! I want to work a deal with you for the season with pics cause I know you're time is worth a great deal. I don't want to just steal pics from ya...

Dave,

I look almost the same as last year...I now know what to change.

Yeah, I always brake with one finger. I can't find sensetivety with two, and find that one works well enough. I'm gonna try two, cause it's hard to blip with one...

Try working out your forearms (brachealis; top, not bottom) for more strength there. Also, new rotors would be good for ya. I wasn't a fan of my stock R6 stuff...(you need to ride the 1000).

Well, I suppose having a girlfriend this last year might've contributed to weakening my forearms.... :laughing :laughing :laughing :laughing

HAHA! I heard she makes YOU finish yourself off!!!!

Hey, by they way, killer job out there this time man! You're well set for a top 10 600 proddy and SB finish for the year.

I'm hoping you get a top 5!

Thanks bro! I'm feeling really good about this season so far... moving up the grid and feeling more confident about my starts is bringing on a light-at-the-end of the tunnel feeling. It's such a long road from the back of a 65+ grid. (And I don't think you're as s.o.l. as you think for gridding next event for 600 SB)
