I noticed that if you didn't use the link to sign up, Yahoo! gave all kinds of errors when signing up.. Worked the 2nd time for me.

Again, I am more than happy to host the draft party at my house. I got all the mixins required. :D (uh.. plus a brand new margaritaville margarita maker)..

The weekend of August 30/31st seems like a good weekend as preaseason is almost over and all the bungles have had a chance to hurt their pinky-fingers and be out for the season.

yer a 9er fan, right? well, how's about this: When the Raiders have the better regular season record, you will have to change your avatar for 1 month to something of my choosing (Raiders related). And, if by some crazy chance like if hell freezes over, if the STINKING 9ers have a better record, I will submit to an avatar of your choosing (of course, STINKING 9ers related).

Thats labor day weekend and the weekend before my birfday, I'll be extremely intoxicated. :port

yeah, my first thought was sept 1 the last monday before the season starts but then i realized that was labor day and a lot of people would either be out of town or tired or just doing something else.

as far as what night to have it on, weds are definitely out because of the sf and east bay meets, friday and sat i presume some people (even us "proud barfers" :p) might have something better to do. so out of

sunday, monday, tuesday thursday

which night(s) works for you guys? especially, which nights are definitely out? also, what time? 6 seems a little early, i can schedule one to start as late as 8:45.

the nfl season starts on thursday, sept 4. so tuesday sept 2, would be the latest draft we can have. maybe we'll even know what favre is going to do by then :party

otherwise, we should have it by the week before the season starts. :cool

lastly, we have 10 teams registered now and as soon as rich figures out where he met his fictitious spouse :twofinger we'll have 11. so i'm thinking if we get 1 more barfer, i'll just close the league at 12 teams. what do you guys think?

2007: SF 5-11, OAK 4-12
2006: SF 7-9, OAK 2-14

yeah, i know, it's kind of like two retards arguing about who is smarter, but nevertheless...

plus we're going to have some offense this year suckas :p :party

Out of questions dates for me Aug11-18 as I'll be in Arizona, Aug 24th, my other fantasy draft is that day and Aug 30-31 and Sept 2nd. Any other days would work for me.

okay, i changed the league setting to 12 teams: 14 is a bit too much. so if darth rider is still interested, we're full. :cool
