2015 has been an interesting year for the old moon.

Around 6:30am the moon will be full on Christmas day. This hasn't happened since 1977, and will not happen again until 2034.

This year we have had two blood moons and one blue moon.

There are barfers who will want to mention sailor moons, but that's okay.
