Suggestions for where to sell fasteners (screws)

Hi Barf,

In my never ending quest to thrive and not just survive I have begun recycling various scrap (metal, screws, wood) that has otherwise been dumped into the recycle bin. If I can get a metal recycler to take screws (sometimes they won't) they pay so little for them. Does anyone know of a place that will take various stainless steel (not neccesarily high grade), and other fasteners, for a decent/better price? I'm willing to give a cut of the take for anyone who can help.

Thanks!!

Generally speaking the new recycle laws make it really hard to sell a few pounds of anything. I just take my scrap to recycle and give it to them, rather than throw it out.

Thanks for the replies! I have somewhere around 100 #s of ss screws and various others by the thousands, and they keep coming... Thanks Planegray I'll give those places a try.

AFM, I agree and have given stuff away in the past.

Have a great weekend ya'll!
