Staying sharp

I miss the track and don't want to show up at the track in March feeling like a turd, so this is my way of staying sharp. What do you do during the winter? Street rides? Indoor carting? Mountain biking?

Track riding looks super easy after watching that video, doesn't it?

I'll be doing street riding, prepping/fixing the race bike, and also attending a dirt track school mid-Jan - Garrett Willis' new program (AMA pro guy), then doing the Jan 31 thunderhill PTT day. No reason to wait till March man!

Street rides, karting, and flat track. Flat track has been the big one lately and Northern California offers quite a few choices to choose from.

Gordon, where and how are you doing flat track?

All on rented minis with Bartlow's FLAP Dirt up in Kelseyville or I recently took a trip down south to City of Industry for American Supercamp. I'll be up in Prairie City on Saturday for some TT action.

...wishes I had the monies for winter fun...unfortunately getting the bike ready for spring is already more than my budget wants to allow.
