Got two of these identical letters Saturday (only attached half of it) and I went through the phone process, (ridiculous that the government didn't offer an on line option in the letter), and spent 30+ minutes with the SBA who indicated they had no record of an application for assistance.
Called FEMA, got put on hold, took the "leave a message" option and only there did they mention an on line tip line, so I left a message and then went on line.
Heard back this AM that they had found "my file" and closed it and identified it as fraud.
So heads up, there IS a FEMA Fraud Tipline if you need it.
