I do have paperwork to obtain title from the DMV though it's not currently in my name, and I don't have the title from the previous owner. (Bill of sale, power of attorney) It currently has ~$740 in back fees and i only got it for parts for Someday Projects. Previous owner stated that while doing dumb stuff at high speed on 880 the engine started nocking and he hung up his motorcycle career to preserve his future. I got it to run a bit, idle for a few minutes and a few throttle blips and i heard no suspect noises.
getting on with it:
gas tank- $100- no dents no rust. fuel pump included, cap/lock is NOT
front end -$300 - wheel, rotors (fake galfer waves), calipers/master, legs, and triples, clipons. Switchgear is NOT. i'll double check some of the spots in the pictures below, i don't think it's rust. they aren't leaking though
airbox - $40 - haven't inspected but i assume it's fine.
engine - $250 - see above, assume it's parts only but it does run
throttle bodies - $50
lockset - $60 - all three locks, ignition, seat and gas tank all work
rear wheel -$40 - rotor (servicable) and sprocket (kinda junk) included
headlight - $40 - seems fine
gage thing - $20 - not sock. works as well as it was hooked up
bodywork - surprisingly decent, see pics for zipties (matching color!!!) and scratches. $40 for all of it.
no parts have been removed yet in case someone wants it whole.
