Shout Out to JL Motorcycle Towing

Just like the Title says...

Called JL Towing (844.816.2090, they're in Livermore) yesterday afternoon after getting TAGGED by a Tesla. Jose promptly got back to me and said he was on a call and wouldn't be back in time to get the bike to CalMoto by 5PM.
So we scheduled a pickup for this morning at 9AM. He was at the house on time, took some pics of the bike and said if you need them for insurance purposes here's the "link" to get them. We load the bike and off to Cal Moto we go.

His service area is the Bay Area, up to Santa Rosa, down past San Jose and out to Sacramento.

Oh, just an fyi... he mentioned that we was looking for another driver, so if your looking for a job (don't know any of the specifics) you might consider giving him a call.

Yeah that sux I was (well still am) Uber driver and I switched over to doordash when the pandemic hit. Come into close contact with too many people doing Uber so I decided to deliver food instead. It's a lotta fun doing it on a motorcycle specially an electric one

Good you got a tow. My bike ran out of charge on the twisties and I called AAA to come pick it up and they up and just forgot about me. I had to call my sister to come pick me up before my cell ran out of juice and they called and pretty much said they forgot about me. I went home and grabbed my van and drove back and picked it up myself

Yeah, my son broke down in Paso Robles on a 103 degree day. Called AAA, waited for 2 hours. Called MoTow. Eventually a guy came out. He said they were super busy but most of the drivers don't like picking up motorcycles, not enough money in it so they just ignore the calls. This guy was a rider so he likes to help out.

I'm also in Livermore, have truck and trailer, and am far cheaper than a tow service... I'd have done it for beer AND let you ride in the truck.

Mind if i ask how many miles was the tow from your house to the shop and how much did you pay?

I got a tow from Dublin, CA, to San jose, CA for $120 by Hernandez Motorcycle towing (He came from Santa Teresa, South San Jose area to go to Dublin). Just curious, if i did need a tow, which would be cheaper. Thanks!
