Shop Rec for a Duc Hyper

I've been mostly doing my own work on my past bikes. I've gotten to a point where I don't want to anymore. So what are some of the recommended shop in the San Francisco area or near Cupertino for maintenance on a Ducati HyperStrada?

Came recommended and had my Multi's last valve service done at Advanced Cycle Services near SJ Airport. Jim was awesome, and that's where I'll go again for any work I don't do myself.

Only warning is that he doesn't take appointments. Drop the bike off and he'll get to it when he gets to it. In my case it didn't take more than a few days though.
