Shipping crate for a motorcycle-where to get one?

I need to ship a motorcycle to Hawaii and I've got to find a crate...can anyone here point me to where I might find a place that sells them?

I know there are lots of shipping companies that will come and crate the bike for you and take it to port, but all of the ones I've come across are for the continental US and don't ship to Hawaii

mebbe try a dealership...they gotta uncrate bikes mebbe they have crates around

You might check with the Harley shop near the Oakland airport(Bob Dron?). They gave me one of the wood platforms that the bikes come on when I shipped my Buell to Hawaii
The shipping company would not accept the cardboard top that most manufacturers use, so I had to build a plywood box over the Platform+bike, but it was easy enough.
