- Fill up your gas tank (as stupid as that sounds, every ride there's someone that ends up looking for gas in the middle of the ride)

This ride is big and draws groups of people from all over. I’ve been noticing that some point during the ride the small groups that came together try to stay together but end up being separated.

If you are trying to regroup with your friends or need to stop at ANY point during the ride PULL THE FUCK OVER and let the group pass you. DO NOT park your bike in the middle of the street and waive the group by you. You are creating a road hazard when there’s over 100 bikes trying to get by you just so you can find your friends. Just pull over and let everyone pass until you find what you’re lookiing for.

I’ve seen this happen multiple times in the past few months. Do not sandbag or hold up the group. There are lots of inexperienced riders that have never navigated in a large group like this. Be considerate and pull over if you need to stop.

Please include this in the preride speech. Thanks.
