Our company is seeking a first line customer support associate. You will be the first voice that customers hear when they call us and we need someone who can sound professional on the phone.
Your duties will include:
• Answering our phones
• Routing calls to the right person
• Sending copies of invoices to customers upon request
• Providing tracking information
• Scanning receipts and invoices
• Processing our mail
• Sending out dealer packets via email
• Assist the CEO or President (me) with small tasks
• Act as “go-for” as needed to pick up items
• Order supplies for the office
• Assist with processing small orders over the phone
• Provide basic product pricing over the phone
In order to perform this job, you will need to be able to work a basic multi-line phone system, find an invoice in QuickBooks, find tracking in our inventory system and access our Magento admin panel. Thus, it is important that you be computer literate. (We use Macs). If you are sharp and a quick learner we can teach you what you need to know. You will need to learn a bit about our products but I can give you a crash course along with my coworkers.
You are NOT responsible for:
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a huge plus but not absolutely necessary.
Hours are Monday-Friday from 8-5:00 in the Mission District. We are close to BART and I will offer you commuter checks if you take public transit to work, which lets you take home more of your pay. :thumbup If you prove to be a real smarty pants there is room to move upward.
