Good time to see the positive.

Family (just left my Dad making sure he is solid)
My Daughter made me breakfast...on a weekday... a first!
Calming the Mrs.. we will survive. She is worried about our employees! Found an exemption in the Health order that will let me come to work to feed my employees work during the next few weeks.

Barf... Covid can't touch this shit.. and cheez with the Quarantine Assistance Needed Thread :applause
Amazing show of class and grace. Others will help too I am sure.

Friends... I got some texts.. we will stay in contact.

Modern medicine and what I feel are good protocols laid out here in the BA.

Checked the first box on my own what to do with the three weeks.
One car trunk purged..:laughing <-- that is a positive!

get it while it's easy
silver linings are the order of the day given the current circumstances. to get some fresh air, and maintain our sanity (fight off cabin fever), my babe and i are going for daily walks. when we meet the occasional other people doing the same, we all maintain the prescribed distance, but say a mutual hello, and how’s it going. which is lovely. so nice to make personal connections in spite of everything that is going on. the feeling of community is wonderful. hope it lasts once this whole thing is over.

I saw a ton of people outside walking (not in groups, mostly individually or in small (family?) groups of 2-3.

Staying positive in these current dark times will give you a much better chance of coming out of it healthy and sunlight can be a key factor of helping to keep things positive.

Put the riding on hold. For me, for us. Cooking, my other passion, is obviously limited as well in scope as well as in complexity.

So there’s still music. I’m practicing/learning Reaper 3-4hrs daily. If this keeps up, I’ll be a fucking 4 thumbed wind by summer.

Made breakfast in the park and invited three homeless to eat with me. Made two sets of six scrambled eggs, one with goat cheese and the other Monterey Jack, sautéd diced potatoes and carrots, and smoked salmon. I thought it was very good. Forgot the OJ though. So next time. A passer-by with her dog asked if anything was being done for the homeless in the park, and I said just me feeding folks (on a small scale).

I dont, I go for daily Cyclocross and MTB rides, there are just too many people out now and the majority of them are oblivious to their surroundings. Coming down what is obviously a heavily used bike trail and there's Karen, not a care in the world standing right in the middle of the trail on the backside of a blind turn snapping pics for her 'gram. And of course it MY fault when I startle Karen, never mind the fact she was standing dead center on a 6 foot path.

Dont be Karen.
