I used to live across the street from the brewery and the smell fondly reminded me of home (much better than cows).

No SF. Anchor Steam Brewery. It was cool seeing the inside of the operation. One picture shows these stainless steel bins about 10' by 30', 4 in total, that were in different stages fermentation. The smell was nice. Reminded me of a winery I worked at when I was in high school. It was awesome that they sent me home with a care package.arty I drink the beer already so it was a nice gesture. I believe in supporting local businesses. It's either anchor or one of the many brands from Mendocino for me.
