fire is next door, and a 8 minute walk from home, less for another barfer i know of.

that complex has been under construction for a loooooog time in sillycone valley human filing cabinet terms. i wonder what the cause is?

3 minute walk for me. That apartment complex under construction that’s burning is maybe 2000 feet from my front door. Looks like I’m upwind of the immediate rising smoke, so I dodged all the bullets here.

And the Chik-Fil-A that’s also under construction next door to it got saved....which selfishly I’m quite happy about. The apartment building being totaled and delaying a bunch of people moving in, I won’t miss. Another 250+ residents in the area would just add to the traffic.
