The fact is that there are a lot of Stupid people who eat up everything he says, so the 'reasonable person' argument is a invalid, at best.
P.S. judge Mary Kay Vyskocil was an utterly unfit judge for this law suit in the first place.

That is not is defense. Neutrality is not a defense. You seem to be subscribing to the idea that if one does not share your outrage, they are the enemy.
That idea is in and of itself intolerable. Neutrality and indifference are not only an acceptable middle position, 9 times out of 10, they are the preferred position.
