Sam Wheeler died after crashing his MC Streamliner at Bonneville during the test and tune session, then complications from surgery.

Sam was the epitome of Bonneville and LSR with his heart and soul in our sport.
He was innovative and a true sportsman through and through. He will be sadly missed. Godspeed Sam †

The LSR community is world wide but very small. They are a very unique breed and I think the world is a better place with them in it. There's a small,beautiful group of people grieving a loss all over the world.
