Just curious, does Pitts PD give you guys shit out there or do they not bother you in the parking lot? They seem like they would be hardasses about it, from the officers I've met.

Does law enforcement have a problem with them.... yeah.

always seemed odd. just that i'll ride were there are no people, off the streets.. no it's not a private lot but still.. Personally the only times I have had the cops show up was when a neighbor or something called, they never hassle me, they just tell me that someone called it in and they have to tell me to stop. anyways, do you ride a police bike.. i would love to try and wheelie one of those beasts

oh jeez, police will just never get it, easier to just not advertise the ride and kick it with a few buddies.

I personally dont dislike cops for just being cops but at the same time id rather not have more law enforcement knowing where spots are, thats like the #1 rule i think. CHP do talk with local pd

kudos for not personally having a problem .... but really, the reason you get street rides is cause cops harass the hell out of the people that are trying their best to find somewhere that doesnt effect anything or anyone negitively

It's not that we dont get it... its that people, some people, don't want to see stunting... when we get called, we have to go...

CHP and PD share intel all the time.... silly.

The only place you can stunt and not get into "legal" trouble are racetracks, where the vehicle code is suspended.

or a private parking lot? I contemplated investing in a building with a decent sized lot and charging a small fee for riders to come, where they wouldnt be harassed. just not sure if anyone would come

So, there are a few things that are enforced on private property:

1. DUI
2. Hit and run.

If you have a location, where the vehicle code is suspended... do what you want.

I imagine a lease is ok as well, might require owner's consent.

Make sure it's NOT publicly accessible at the time, as reckless in an off-street parking facility is certainly applicable.
