yeah, the guy's blathering is kinda distracting.. but did you notice that he rides in pedestrian crosswalks, around traffic lights, etc without even thinking about it :laughing

I'm in disagreement about the chinese not driving worth a damn.. it seems to me that their primary goal is to just flow and "traffic laws" are some sort of guide that may or may not apply to them
